Tasting Notes

The 2021 Domaine CheValle has inviting notes of hazelnut, fresh cut apple with hints of brioche. The palate is vibrant and taught, echoing flavors of fresh cut apple, hazelnut and a delicate touch of ginger. Finishing bone dry with a persistent mineral laced acidity.
