Tasting Notes
The Double D Vineyard Grenache is perfumed with notes of red currant and blood orange on the nose. A tightly wound, medium-weight palate unfolds layers of grilled plum, dried fruit leather, delicate mineral tension and a firm, tannic edge with a slightly spiced finish.

Production and Aging: Unfined, unfiltered and fermented as single varietals in stainless steel tanks. Aged for 18 months in 15% New French Oak puncheon. Barrels were staged 3 months in advanced of bottling to optimize settling time, allowing gravity to naturally clarify this wine.
