Chelan May 25th Dinner (Chelan Tasting Room)

Join us for our popular dinner series in Chelan! This is a pre-set menu and limited to 16 seats. 21 and over experience. 

First dinner of the series we are visiting the flavors of the North! Starting at 5:45 with welcome drinks, Chef Damian will take you through the specialities of Northern cuisine. 

Inspired by the PNW, Alaska and Canada. This menu showcases the use of cooking techniques such as curing meets and confit fruit, that have been historically used as food preservation methods. Common ingredients of the northern region include salmon, shellfish, fresh seafood, game meats such as moose, elk, caribou, wild mushrooms, berries, stone fruits and roots.
