First Course
Char Shredded Salad - roasted brussels sprouts and cabbage tossed in maple-dijon-hazelnut dressing. Finished with crispy sweet potato ribbons and prosciutto
Second Course
Chipotle Carrot Soup - finished with lemon crema, shredded chicken and toasted pumpkin seeds. Served with house foccacia. (Can be made GF + Vegetarian)
Entree
Cider Cream Chops - grilled pork chops covered in a dijon-apple cider cream, topped with spiced apple butter and served with brown butter mashed potatoes.
Dessert
Orange Cream Puffs - stuffed with creme diplomat and cardamom orange marmalade
A non-refundable deposit of $25 per person will be collected at time of reservation, with the balance charged at the end of dinner service; wine pairings included in ticketed price.
