Critical Acclaim
"The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon is a 100% varietal that offers layers of ripe dark fruit colliding with scorched earth and stony undertones on the palate. Finishing long, this is an excellent polished wine with some good cellaring potential" - Owen Bargeen, Vinous
Tasting Notes
The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon opens up with ripe plum & dark fruits on the nose. On the palate, silky, yet firm tannins lead to hints of sweet vanilla & cassis. This beautiful wine begs for braised meats and rich fatty cuts of steak.
