Tasting Notes
Perfumed, medium to full bodied white that effuses apricot, poached pear, sweet cream and honeyed floral nuances. The round, layered and beautifully textured mouthfeel is laced with stone fruits, touches of oak spice and stays fruit-focused through to the clean saline finish. It's a powerful yet flawlessly balanced Rhône white that harmoniously showcases the beauty of our estate vineyards.

Winemaker's Note -
This vintage of Double D Sauvignon Blanc is not shy - threading the needle between pleasant herbal inflused citrus and tropical fruit. Bounding out of the glass with exuberant pink grapefruit, passion fruit and notions of keylime pie. The palate is intense and lively with ethereal weight, offering a refreshing punch of tropical fruit, gooseberry and gravel. The electric finish shines bright with continued layers of fruit and saline.
The 2022 Domaine CheValle is delicate and floral in character accompanied by aromas of lemon oil, pear and marzipan. The medium body is perfectly balanced with a vibrant, seamless texture that segues into a mouthwatering, ethereal finish. Aged for an extra 6 months on lees. Disgorged December 2024 with 6 g/L dosage.

"Barrel fermented and aged in neutral oak (80%) and stainless steel drums, this 70/30 Marsanne/Roussanne blend leans into flavors of citrus rind and pith, orange peel and apple skin. The tart acids continue to firm up as it lingers through a resonant, gunmetal finish with a hint of bitterness." - 91pts. Paul Gregutt
