Tasting Notes

Perfumed, medium to full bodied white that effuses apricot, poached pear, sweet cream and honeyed floral nuances. The round, layered and beautifully textured mouthfeel is laced with stone fruits, touches of oak spice and stays fruit-focused through to the clean saline finish. It's a powerful yet flawlessly balanced Rhône white that harmoniously showcases the beauty of our estate vineyards.

• Case Production: 195 
• Aging: Hand harvested, whole cluster pressed as individual blocks. Barrel fermented and aged on primary lees for 10 months in 25% New French Oak barrels, MLF blocked. Unfined & Unfiltered.
