Tasting Notes

Hand Harvested, destemmed and optically sorted. Selection from Blocks 13 and 16, this cab opens with a bouquet of cassis, graphite, and seductive oak spice. The palate shows incredible concentration, offering a rich and seamless mouthfeel with notions of red plum, churned earth and chocolate dipped caramel. Finely knit acidity frames the silkened tannins, adding freshness, finishing long and fragrant.
