Join us for a thoughtfully curated Spring Winemaker’s Dinner featuring seasonal pairings by Damian Gil, crafted to highlight the vibrant character of our newest spring releases.
Each course will be introduced by winemaker, Elizabeth Keyser-Hadley, offering bright flavors, delicate textures, and artful presentation—perfectly complemented by wines that capture the energy and elegance of spring in the vineyard.

Time: 6:00pm (Guests may arrive between 5-6pm to enjoy a glass of wine prior to dinner service)
Rocks Society: $120 per person
Non-Member: $145 per person
First Course paired with 2025 Clos CheValle Pinot Gris
Grilled squash on citrus labneh, grapefruit segments, pomegranate glaze topped with panko crunch and mint chimichurri
Second Course paired with 2024 Double D Grenache
Orange cumin glazed chicken served with roasted carrots and shallot date jam
Third Course paired with 2023 Double D Merlot
Pink peppercorn flank steak served with brown butter parsnip puree
Dessert paired with 2023 Domaine CheValle Sparkling Rose
Almond cake with orange jam and hibiscus gelato
