Aging: Block 17 Grenache, hand harvested, partially de-stemmed, 40% whole cluster. Fermented in concrete & stainless steel tanks. MLF conducted in puncheon and aged on lees for 18 months in 20% New French Oak puncheon. Unfined & unfiltered.
