Tasting Notes

Aromas of white peach, wet stone and delicate floral notions. The palate is round and zesty with layers of fresh raspberry, grapefruit citrus zest and finishes with a lifted salinity.

• Composition: 95% Grenache, 5% Syrah
• Vineyard: Double D & Rocky Reach Estate Vineyards
• ABV%: 13.2 
• Case Production: 220
• Production: Grenache and Syrah intentionally farmed for rose production. Hand harvested and whole cluster pressed, cold settled for 24-hours prior to ambient yeast fermentation in neutral puncheon. Aged on primary lees for 5 months.
