Tasting Notes
Dark and brooding in the glass, with a dusty blend of olive tapenade and blue fruit. Displaying vivid blue fruits, churned earth and undercurrent of gravel-like mineral infusion. The tannins are taught and balanced by a rich core of fruit and lifted finish.

Aging: Hand harvested, partially destemmed and fermented in a combination of Oak upright and concrete tanks with approximately 25% whole cluster. MLF conducted in puncheon and aged on primary lees for 22 months, 10% New French Oak. Bottled unfined & unfiltered.
